Attorney Jonathan D. Wald attended Nova Southeastern University Law School and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, with honors, in 1999. During his last semester of law school, he was certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a legal intern and has prosecuted cases for the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, including numerous jury trials in various areas of criminal law.
At graduation, Mr. Wald was recognized for his superior achievements in the area of Trial Advocacy, including his representation of Nova Southeastern University Law School in several regional and national trial competitions.
After graduation, Mr. Wald took a position with a statewide law firm defending employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in all areas of defense litigation, including labor/employment, workers’ compensation, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and other state and federal employment law issues.
Jonathan later joined the firm of Stuart R. Manoff & Associates, P.A., handling exclusively marital and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, distribution of assets and debts, domestic violence and related matters.
In 2008, in an effort to provide his clients with more personal and affordable representation, Mr. Wald opened his own firm focused on representing clients involved in marital and family law disputes, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, distribution of assets and debts, and domestic violence issues as well as estate planning and general civil litigation.
